The Interview
Thank you so much for joining us today! Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is your backstory?
Stefan Chekanov : After I graduated university I started working as a software engineer for a communication company. Technologies weren’t so developed as now, as well the communication channels we used. They were slow and unsecured. Then I saw the opportunity for improvement. I wanted to design a better, faster, more secure company communication software. And so I came up with the idea for Brosix.
Now I’m really happy that I’ve made the software I imagined and that we have so many happy customers who trusted us from the very beginning.
In what ways has your company worked to reduce its environmental impact, and what results have you seen from these efforts?
Stefan Chekanov : We are an remote based company, so we’re not polluting the environment with the every day use of transportation to workplaces.
What challenges have you faced in implementing sustainable practices, and how have you overcome them?
Stefan Chekanov : Many sustainable practices may have higher upfront costs than traditional alternatives, which can be a significant barrier for businesses. The only way to overcome them is through collective effort to address the challenges and create a more sustainable future.
