TERMS OF SERVICE FOR LEADERSPERCEPTION.COM INTERVIEWS

By submitting your interview responses to Leaders Perception, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Scope and definitions
    1. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Leaders Perception and its owners, affiliates, and service providers, including any related brands or partner agencies involved in producing, editing, or distributing the interview content.
    2. “You” and “your” refer to the individual submitting interview responses and any organization you represent.
    3. “Interview Content” means all answers, statements, biographical information, photos, logos, and other material you submit in connection with the interview.
    4. “Personal Information” means information that identifies you as an individual, such as your name, company, job title, industry, website URL, and social media profiles.
  2. Publication and use of interview content
    1. You agree that your Interview Content and Personal Information (excluding your email address and phone number) may be published on the Leaders Perception website and may be republished, quoted, or referenced on affiliated or partner websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
    2. Such affiliated or partner properties may include, without limitation, other interview or authority sites operated by us, co‑branded media placements, and platforms such as Medium where we syndicate or promote interview content.
    3. Links to your website may be included at our discretion and may be designated as “nofollow” or otherwise formatted according to our editorial and technical standards.
  3. License you grant to us
    1. You retain all ownership rights in your Interview Content. However, by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit the Interview Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed.
    2. This license includes the right for us to:
      • Publish and republish the Interview Content across our websites, blogs, and social media channels;
      • Syndicate the Interview Content to partner sites and co‑branded properties;
      • Use excerpts, quotes, and highlights from the Interview Content in marketing, case studies, editorial round‑ups, newsletters, and promotional materials;
      • Format, edit, or adapt the Interview Content as needed for layout, readability, or platform requirements.
    3. This license is granted for as long as the Interview Content is hosted by us or our distribution partners, unless and until you request removal as described below.
  4. Privacy and contact information
    1. Your email address and phone number, if provided, will not be published publicly in the interview article.
    2. We will store and use your email address and any other contact details you provide to:
      • Communicate about your interview (confirmation, edits, publication notice, follow‑ups);
      • Offer you additional editorial opportunities or related features;
      • Send you relevant resources, updates, and marketing communications about ecommerce growth, SEO, AI search optimization, content, and authority‑building services provided by Leaders Perception and selected partners (including, but not limited to, Leaderstamp);
      • Comply with legal, regulatory, or security obligations.
    3. We will not sell your email address or phone number to third parties. We may use trusted service providers (such as email delivery platforms or CRM tools) to send and manage communications on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data‑processing protections.
    4. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails (where available) or by emailing us at unsubscribe@leadersperception.com. Operational emails relating to your interview may still be sent as needed.
  5. Editing and editorial control
    1. You agree that we may edit, format, or otherwise modify your Interview Content for grammar, clarity, style, length, or layout without prior notification or further approval, provided we do not materially misrepresent your statements.
    2. You understand and agree that submission of Interview Content does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, reject, delay, or remove any interview at any time and for any reason.
  6. Your representations and warranties
    1. You represent and warrant that:
      • You have the full right, authority, and permission to submit the Interview Content and to grant the license described above;
      • Your Interview Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;
      • You have obtained any necessary permissions from third parties who are identifiable in, or whose content is included in, your Interview Content.
    2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of or related to your breach of these representations and warranties.
  7. Revoking consent and takedown requests
    1. You may request that we stop using your Interview Content and/or remove your interview page from our primary website at any time by emailing unsubscribe@leadersperception.com and providing sufficient information to identify your interview.
    2. Upon receiving a valid request, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or unpublish the interview from our primary site(s) within a reasonable timeframe. However, you acknowledge that:
      • Previously cached or archived copies may continue to exist outside of our direct control;
      • Third‑party sites that have already syndicated or quoted your Interview Content may retain their copies in accordance with their own practices.
    3. Revoking consent for marketing emails will not, by itself, require us to remove past published content unless you specifically request takedown as described above.
  8. Updates to these terms
    1. We may update or modify these Interview Terms of Service from time to time. The “last updated” date may be changed accordingly, and the latest version will apply to any new submissions.
    2. If we make material changes that significantly affect your rights, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or by highlighting changes on the site). Continued submission of Interview Content after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

By submitting your interview responses to Leaders Perception, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
