The Interview

Thank you so much for joining us today! Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is your backstory?

Nikola Baldikov : I founded Inbound Blogging last year, 2022 so it is a pretty new role for me to be in the CEO and Founder shoes. Before that I was a Marketing Manager in two outstanding companies. After 7 years in a Manager position I felt like nothing challenged me any more, so I decided to take this big step in my life, get out of my comfort zone and leave my previous work so I can focus on my new passion. Which is consulting and helping other small business owners succeed. I think that this brings joy into my life and feel like every day I’m more motivated and more eager to succeed with my mission.

In what ways has your company worked to reduce its environmental impact, and what results have you seen from these efforts?

Nikola Baldikov : By implementing sustainable sourcing practices, such as sourcing materials from sustainable sources, reducing packaging waste. Also reducing transportation-related emissions, as we’re an entirely remote working based company. The results are, of course cost savings and more important, positive impact on the environment.

What challenges have you faced in implementing sustainable practices, and how have you overcome them?

Nikola Baldikov : Actually I haven’t faced any challenges, this is the outcome of my decision to work remotely and to conserve natural resources, and contribute to a healthier planet. I think there’s nothing more natural than that!
