Yasin Arafat : Thank you for having me! My name is Yasin Arafat, and I’m the Founder & CEO of DOPPCALL, a prominent Pay Per Call affiliate network. My journey in digital marketing spans over seven years, during which I’ve been fortunate to work with esteemed publications such as Custify, Zapier, and SocialChamp. My passion for digital marketing ignited during my early years in the industry, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to leveraging innovative strategies to drive results and make meaningful contributions to the field.
As we embark on the journey into 2024, what are your hopes and expectations for the year ahead, both personally and professionally?
Yasin Arafat : As we step into 2024, I hold both personal and professional aspirations close to heart. On a personal level, I hope for continued growth, fulfillment, and moments of joy with my loved ones. This includes nurturing meaningful relationships, pursuing personal interests, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Professionally, I aim to lead DOPPCALL to new heights of success and innovation in the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing. I anticipate leveraging our expertise and resources to expand our reach, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional value to our clients and partners. Additionally, I look forward to embracing new challenges, learning opportunities, and industry advancements that will propel both myself and my team forward.
How do you see technological advancements influencing your field or industry in the coming year, and what opportunities or challenges do they present?
Yasin Arafat : In the coming year, technological advancements will greatly influence the digital marketing industry. Opportunities include leveraging AI for better insights and automation for efficiency. However, challenges like data privacy and keeping pace with rapid changes also arise. Staying adaptable and compliant will be key.
As a leader or aspiring leader, what role do you believe diversity, equity, and inclusion will play in shaping the future of your industry, and how are you working to promote these values within your sphere of influence?
Yasin Arafat : As a leader, I recognize the pivotal role diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) play in shaping our industry’s future. Embracing DEI fosters innovation and ensures fair opportunities. Within our organization, we prioritize DEI by promoting a culture of inclusivity, diverse hiring practices, and equitable opportunities for growth. We also advocate for DEI values in our industry and community through participation in events and support for DEI-focused initiatives. By championing DEI, we aim to create a more equitable and vibrant industry that benefits from diverse perspectives and experiences.
