Thank you so much for joining us today! Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is your backstory?

Nick Robinson : Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the automotive industry, cars have always been a significant part of my life. After completing my education in mechanical engineering, I embarked on a career journey that allowed me to gain invaluable experience across various sectors of the automotive industry. It was during my time as a dealership manager that I noticed a common pain point among customers – the challenge of finding high-quality used car parts at affordable prices. Inspired by this observation and fueled by my passion for innovation, I joined forces with like-minded individuals to create PickandPullsellcar.

As we embark on the journey into 2024, what are your hopes and expectations for the year ahead, both personally and professionally?

Nick Robinson : On a personal level, I hope to continue fostering meaningful relationships with my loved ones and carving out time for self-care and personal growth. Professionally, I am eager to see continued growth and success for PickandPullsellcar. With our dedicated team and innovative platform, I envision expanding our reach, serving more customers, and further establishing ourselves as leaders in the automotive industry.

How do you see technological advancements influencing your field or industry in the coming year, and what opportunities or challenges do they present?

Nick Robinson : In the automotive industry, technological advancements are poised to have a significant impact in the coming year. One area where we anticipate notable changes is in the realm of electric and autonomous vehicles. As the demand for environmentally friendly transportation options continues to rise, we expect to see further developments in electric vehicle technology, including improvements in battery efficiency and charging infrastructure.

As a leader or aspiring leader, what role do you believe diversity, equity, and inclusion will play in shaping the future of your industry, and how are you working to promote these values within your sphere of influence?

Nick Robinson : As a leader , I recognize the importance of championing diversity and inclusion initiatives beyond the workplace and within the broader automotive community. This involves partnering with organizations that support underrepresented groups in the industry, advocating for policies and practices that promote diversity and inclusion.
