The Interview

Thank you so much for joining us today! Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is your backstory?

Rutuja Bandi : I started working at 17, grew my family business and realised I have a knack for marketing and branding. We tripled the revenue during the pandemic, a reel on the business page went viral, reaching 1.5 million followers and we also were able to buy our first home. I knew I had to help more people grow their businesses online, so I started R Creatives.

What’s the most significant shift you’ve observed in the marketing and branding landscape in the last year, and how should businesses adapt to it?

Rutuja Bandi : Leading with Empathy is the biggest shift I have seen. Just selling a product is not enough, you really have to care for your customers, when businesses start really solving pain points because they want to help, amazing things happen.

In the era of data-driven marketing, how do you balance the need for data and analytics with the creative aspects of marketing and branding?

Rutuja Bandi : The foundation is very important, copy and messaging must be clear. Branding and marketing is important which will get us great data. Data and analytics is useless if we are not attracting the right target audience through our branding.

Leaders Perception would like to thank Rutuja Bandi and R Creatives for the time dedicated to completing this interview and sharing their valuable insights with our readers!
