The Interview
Thank you so much for joining us today! Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is your backstory?
David Pressler : In the late 1970s there became an oil embargo that alerted planet Earth of our depnedency on fossil fuels this is when I found my focus in life not only building tornado proof homes (if your home is not tornado proof it is not hurricane proof!) but also as close to off grid as possible. First indestructible home built 1980 Loxahatchee, Florida Dome home Inverness, Florida 2010. Currently bunker home Northport, Florida and offering tornado proof quonset hut homes at pre construciton pricing NO home insurance builder financing 5%.
What’s the most significant shift you’ve observed in the marketing and branding landscape in the last year, and how should businesses adapt to it?
David Pressler : More and more environmental good and bad about a company are at the forefront of branding. Saving planet Earth Earthlings one tornado proof quonset home one backyard bunker storage garden shed at a time sometimes gets folks attention.
In the era of data-driven marketing, how do you balance the need for data and analytics with the creative aspects of marketing and branding?
David Pressler : For marketing tornado proof homes data is everything! When stating NEVER in historyhas a metal quonset hut been damaged by a wind event best have data. When stating that no method of home building can tornado proof the footprint of the home in a week best have data.
