The Interview

Thank you so much for joining us today! Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is your backstory?

Joshua Krafchick : After following the traditional route of college, I graduated and found that what I was taught did not prepare me for actual life. It was a tough transition, and it shocked me how unprepared this generation is for the world we live in.

That is why I call myself the “Unconventional Money Guy”. I wanted to give others a place to find the information they needed to be successful. It’s my mission to teach my clients how to manage their finances and live their best life.

In your opinion, what makes your company stand out? Any examples?

Joshua Krafchick : 369 Financial stands for Growth Family Philanthropy. You always want to be growing, have strong family values, and it’s important to not just take, but give back to the world.

What are the TOP 5 mistakes people make when starting a new business? Please share advice/examples for all of them.

Joshua Krafchick : 1. Analysis Paralysis

Getting too caught up for everything to be “perfect” rather than committing to becoming a successful business owner.

2. Correct Pricing

Most people “underprice” their services because they get too caught up in price objections from potential clients.

3. Acquiring Clients

You have the expertise, but how do you attract people to want to buy your services?

4. Being a Jack of all Trades.

Not willing to invest in professionals to help manage the day-to-day operations of a business.

5. Being Mentally Tough

Unlike a w-2 job, you can’t just show up and get paid. There will be days you work your butt off and literally have no results.
