The takeaway

Use AI to automate repetitive work and surface content opportunities, but keep humans responsible for user research, trust-focused content, and product decisions. Clear, accurate, structured information matters because more customers are being routed to solutions via AI assistants before they ever visit a site.

01

What’s the quick origin story of your business, and what makes what you do genuinely different from the other options your customers are looking at?

VisaReadyNow started from noticing a simple but common problem: people spend a lot of time preparing visa applications, but small mistakes in passport and visa photos can still cause unnecessary delays or rejections.

Most existing solutions focus only on resizing or editing images, but we wanted to build something more focused on compliance. VisaReadyNow helps users understand country-specific photo requirements and prepare images that match official guidelines.

The difference is that we focus on accuracy, simplicity, and helping applicants avoid mistakes before submitting their applications rather than just providing an editing tool.

02

Where does most of your new business come from today, and where do you wish it came from?

Currently, most of our growth comes from organic search and people discovering our tools while looking for specific visa and passport photo requirements.

Our goal is to build stronger partnerships with travel platforms, immigration resources, and education websites so we can reach more people earlier in their visa preparation journey.

03

What’s one thing you’ve actually handed over to AI in the last year, and one thing you tried it on and went back to doing the human way?

We use AI for tasks like improving workflows, analyzing content opportunities, and helping us build faster. It has been useful for handling repetitive tasks and exploring ideas quickly.

However, when it comes to understanding user problems, creating trust-focused content, and making important product decisions, we still prefer the human approach. Context and real user understanding are difficult to replace.

04

Have you noticed a change in how customers find you or what they already know before they reach out? Is anyone arriving through AI assistants like ChatGPT yet?

Yes, the way people discover information is changing. Users are no longer relying only on traditional search engines; they are increasingly using AI assistants to find answers and recommendations.

We are seeing the importance of creating clear, trustworthy, and structured content because future customers may discover solutions through AI-generated answers before visiting a website directly.

05

If you were advising someone in your industry on all of this for the next 12 months, what would you tell them to actually do, and what would you tell them to ignore?

I would focus on building genuine value instead of chasing short-term growth tactics.

Create useful resources, understand your users deeply, invest in technical quality, and build trust through accurate information.

I would ignore shortcuts like low-quality backlinks, automated content, and strategies that focus only on rankings without improving the actual user experience.
