How Saim Siddiqui built Faceless Success around direct access

Saim Siddiqui is a faceless YouTuber and coach, and founder of Faceless Success, a community and coaching program for people building faceless YouTube channels. The conversation explores how direct one-on-one access became the offer’s main draw, why relying too heavily on one channel proved costly, and how the business is adapting as AI tools change quickly.

The takeaway

Direct access can be more valuable to members than a course, but a business that depends too heavily on one channel is exposed when that channel changes. Siddiqui’s experience points to the importance of adapting the offer and spreading risk.

01

What’s the short story of how your business started, and what makes it genuinely different from the other options your customers have?

I started sharing my faceless YouTube journey on X back in 2023, when the space was still really young. A few people were doing well, but hardly anyone was sharing real results. Meanwhile I kept seeing beginners who had no idea where to start, or who were making the exact mistakes I’d made, with no one to guide them. I also watched course sellers push those same people into expensive coaching programs that didn’t deliver. Faceless Success is my answer to that. The difference is direct, one-on-one access to me, not just a course.

02

How did you win your first customers, and where does most of your new business come from today?

I got my first customers on X in 2024 with a simple offer: $50 a month for a private community and a course. It’s $200 a month now. The community and course were never the real selling point, though. People join for direct access to me. New members still come almost entirely from my X profile.

03

What’s one decision that changed the direction of your business, and one mistake that taught you the most?

The decision that did the most for the business was not tying myself to a single channel. My biggest mistake was not spreading my risk sooner. Too much sat in one place, and a demonetization wave earlier this year cost me a lot. Since then I’ve split my channels across separate accounts so one hit can’t take everything down.

04

What has changed in your industry or in what your customers expect over the last couple of years, and how have you adapted?

AI changed the game completely. Things move so fast now that a fixed course goes stale almost immediately. So Faceless Success shifted from a course-first offer to a platform where members get the latest tools, tips and skills to stay current in the AI era.

05

If you were advising someone starting out in your industry today, what would you tell them to do first, and what would you tell them to ignore?

Look at what’s already working for other people and find your own angle inside that niche. Don’t try to invent a brand-new niche from scratch.
