Thank you so much for joining us today! Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is your backstory?

Dan Longton : More than 25 years of experience in the technology and assessment industry. The co-author of “Customer Focused Waitperson Sales Training”. Prior to founding TraitSet, held several executive positions: Vice President at National TechTeam, in this role managed sales and delivery for $44 million in new services and training. Have also held similar roles at Perigrine, Digital Equipment Corporation, Pharmacom Systems, and AC Nielsen Company.

Masters of Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Michigan.

How do you ensure effective communication and collaboration among remote team members? Can you share any specific tools or practices that have been particularly effective for your organization?

Dan Longton : Orgainizations can promote work-life balance by stopping to treat every employee the same. Each has different Behavioral, Pshycological and Social needs. By identifying the type of support each employe needs it helps the employee feel Re-Connected to the organization culture.
