After sixty (60) days, either party may commence arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
If a dispute is not resolved by informal negotiation, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, to the extent permitted by law. Either party may seek interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect its rights or property pending completion of arbitration.
